Fukushima: remember

Today I fly out of Harrisburg, back to the Twin Cities, after a week of teaching at Gettysburg. I have been thinking about Three Mile Island, and the reality of that meltdown. And then today I came upon this animation reminding us of the plight of the children of Fukushima. Before we move too quickly to see nuclear energy as a “solution” to our energy problems, let us remember.
