Michael Wesch’s latest work
I have long enjoyed — and frequently used in teaching — Michael Wesch’s various pieces on digital cultures. He’s an anthropologist at Kansas State University, and his 2009 lecture at the Library of Congress remains one of my favorite teaching tools.
I was surprised — and really excited — to learn that he is also working with his students on documenting culture in an elder care facility. This video exploration is 38 minutes long, but worth every second. Take the time to watch it — and then please share it!
