Ladders of engagement

I’m teaching in the advanced pastoral studies program at SFTS this week and next, and this morning I was looking for a nice graphic of the “ladder of engagement” ideas. I stumbled upon a very rich slideshare of a presentation from the NTEN conference in Minneapolis a couple of weeks back.
