O come, o come Emmanuel

I love this Advent hymn. I think it’s one of my very favorite hymns. But the traditional words raise barriers to relationship with my Jewish friends. Instead I like to share this set of lyrics that were re-written by the Center for Christian Jewish Learning at Boston College.
