Remembering Harry Potter

I’m off to see the final film in the series. I loved the final book, so I’m a bit nervous about how I’ll feel about the film. In the meantime, here’s an essay I wrote (it ended up being published in the Winter 2008 issue of the journal Word & World) entitled “Resisting the human need for enemies, or What would Harry Potter do?”
