God is not a man

So I have to admit that this tune is catchy, and I think the video that accompanies it is well done. But watching it raises all sorts of interesting questions for me: if God is not a man, why refer to God as “he”? if God is not at least in part a man (that is, human), than how are we talk about Jesus (who, after all, is the heartbeat and unique element of Christianity)? My favorite lines are about how God loves everyone, and is not owned by anyone.
