I think I may be against the health bill…

This is hard to write, but the more I read about where the health reform bill is going (see here, in particular) I am beginning to come to the conclusion that I oppose it. Without a real public option, without any real regulatory reform, without ANYTHING that moves us towards health care and away from profit-making health insurance, there may be nothing left to support.

It may be that our best energy should go towards state level initiatives, like the Minnesota Health Plan.
