Terms of service for video hosting sites

Here’s a fascinating post comparing the terms of service for various video hosting sites. I’m distressed to find where the two sites I use the most (YouTube and Vimeo) are listed. I think I may look into blip.tv and dailymotion. Feautor.org is not popular enough to have been ranked here, but it pleases me that we are requiring the use of Creative Commons licenses on the site.
