Thanks to SansBlogue for the link to this handy reference guide that was actually originally developed as an aid to media folk who needed to include information about the bible in their reporting. You can download the whole thing for free as a .pdf file. I think this might be a very handy piece for people at Luther studying to pass the bible proficiency exam.
