Telling ourselves into stories

TheCorner points to Chris Corrigan who points to Otto Scharmer, all in the service of describing how we might “talk ourselves into a decision” in a more collective, communal sense. I find Otto Scharmer’s work really powerful — I keep trying to figure out how to get it into a class, so that I can keep working with it! — and it’s fun to see it gain ground in this way.
