Movie choices?

Dear readers: one of my students is going to do an independent study in the second half of this term, and we’re starting to put together the list of resources she’ll engage. Right now we’re trying to come up with a handful of films that deal with ritual and spirituality, both authentic and inauthentic. Films like The Darjeeling Limited and Whale Rider came to mind for me, but what other films might fit that category? I’d like to come up with at least four or five for her. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated!
