Well, the NYTimes is now reporting that she has died. Once again, and always, prayers are necessary.

UPDATE:

After noting below that she had died -- a note that came from a family member in Ohio -- I realized I'd gotten the link wrong. So in going back to fix the link, I've learned that at the moment the Plain Dealer is no longer reporting that she's died, but rather that she's on life support.

So I'm not sure what to think, other than that clearly prayers are called for!

I'm shocked and saddened to report that Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones of Ohio has died from an aneurysm. Please hold her family in prayer! She was an amazing legislator, and the first African American woman to represent Ohio in Congress.
