Single-payer health care in PA

It sounds like Pennsylvania has the opportunity to make single payer health care a real option there. I wish that I could say the same for Minnesota! Although we have people advocating for it on the state level, we haven’t been able to get the governor to say he’d sign it if it reached his desk (which apparently Gov. Rendell of PA HAS said).
