Stats on social network use

This surprised me — that 70% of people aged 18-29 use some type of social network. The number drops dramatically (to 20%) for the 30-39 age group, and is only 6% for people my age and older. No wonder I had so many people who had no clue how to respond to a recent local invitation I sent out using Facebook!
