Adult ed

StreetProphets is about to embark on reading biblical texts together — a fascinating opportunity for such a disparate, progressive, political community! — and along the way is doing some other basic Christian ed/adult ed. PastorDan’s description of what a lectionary is, for instance, is pretty decent in this kind of context. When you add in the useful comments that arise (like the one pointing to this lectionary analysis site), you have the potential for some pretty lively and excellent adult ed. I’m definitely going to keep an eye on what they’re doing, and may even find myself drawn into it.
