More distance ed resources

A couple of people have asked me lately for a bibliography of resources on distance learning and theological education, or related issues. I really want to get a wiki going that will do this, so that everyone can help us keep it up to date. In the meantime, here’s a special issue of the journal Theological Education that appeared way back in 1999. I keep forgetting to list it in my email responses! And here’s an old bibliography, perhaps a place to start from.
