Distance learning resources

Thanks to correspondence with Greenflame, here’s a useful link to a bibliography of books and other resources for distance learning. There’s been such an explosion of work these past few years, that it’s hard to be definitive. But this is a nice list, and a great place to start. I particularly like his list of web resources, and would recommend to most people that they start there. It’s become a truism — but no less true for that! — that the best way to learn how to teach an online course, is first to be a student in one.
