Hymn lyrics

Fernando’s Desk strikes home AGAIN with a very thoughtful post (although he calls it “nearly random”) that reflects on hymn lyrics. I really think this author is on to some important clues to meaning-making in our contemporary context, and to some threads that theologians ought to be attending to.
