Navigating church

Here’s an eloquent webpost about a woman’s sustained effort to be present in her church. Every pastoral leader (and pastoral leader to be) should read it, because my hunch is that this person’s painful experiences are common in most churches. We should be ashamed of ourselves, and seeking to change!
