Intro to filmmaking

The American Film Institute has a lovely website that explores the process of film-making, with a special focus on making the process congruent with the goals of K-12 education. Thus you can help kids learn about how to make a film, at the same time as they practice writing skills. I think this would be a fascinating process to use with confirmation kids.
