Great paper on open resources

Dick Nysse just pointed me off to a great essay that Stephen Downes has done on open educational resources. Given our weekend’s work, it was both exciting — and reassuring — to discover that we’re on a good path here, particularly given our emphasis on finding the communities where there will be energy for this site.
