US delegation to WIPO’s war on the internet

JOHO has an interesting piece that points off to a whole lot of useful information on the ways in which the US delegation to the WIPO is fighting a “war against the Internet.” I didn’t even know what WIPO was, until I spent some time in France with people thinking about copyright issues in relation to worship resources. But it’s clearly an important organization that is making some very misguided decisions about intellectual property issues globally.
