The Canaanite woman

And one last note, before I head off to church this morning: Mary Hinkle Shore has posted the powerful sermon she gave in Luther’s chapel on the story of the Canaanite woman (Matthew 15:21-28). I doubt I’ll hear anything as powerful in liturgy today, so I plan to pray with Mary’s inspiration.
