More Australia notes

I’m finally back in town (after numerous missed flights and lots of waiting), and I’m still pretty jet lagged. But while I’m thinking about it, here are odds and ends of things I’d like to follow up on, or return to for a longer look: Sally Morgan’s book My Place, Bruce Chatwin’s novel The Songlines, the cd from the second season of the Australian tv series Seachange (which I cant’ find anywhere on the web), Paul Kelly’s song “I get a little emotional sometimes,” Heidi Campbell’s new book “Exploring religious communities online,” Shaun Moores’ book “Interpreting audiences,” Nick Couldry’s book “Media rituals,” Paul Messaris’ book “Visual literacy,” and a lovely sauvignon blanc by Schinus (2004).
