Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!

/ 3 February 2005

Cook’s Illustrated has rated some of the most famous companies who sell chocolates over the web. They’ve published a recipe for making home made truffles, and they’ve also invented a lower fat (not low fat, lower fat) recipe for chocolate frosting. And for those days when I’m feeling like I really need to watch my weight watchers points, there are always Starbucks Java Fudge bars (only 2 pts). I know it’s often produced with child labor, I know it’s often taken from rain forest land better used in other ways, but I’m afraid I would find it nearly impossible to live without chocolate!
