FBO and teens with CTC

Ok, that’s a lot of initials. “FBO” stands for faith-based organizing, and “CTC” stands for community technology centers. So here’s an interesting new report about initiatives underway to support youth access to technology, particularly efforts that help low income and at risk youth.
