Preparing a tenure portfolio

In between trying to keep my sanity while reading news, and preparing for Christmas by celebrating Advent, I’m also trying to pull together my tenure review portfolio. Luther has a rather spare process, and I’ve decided I’m going to expand it a bit and try to use the process as an opportunity to seek feedback that is both broad and deep. In searching for a model to work from, I’ve been intrigued by the University of Nebraska at Lincoln’s “Peer Review of Teaching Project.” Tomorrow’s Professor also had a useful post on this topic. If any of you out there have ideas, suggestions, and so on, please let me know!
