Drafting Dean for the DNC

There are lots of reasons to believe that the current leadership of the Democratic National Committee is not effective. There is also lots of evidence that Howard Dean can mobilize the grassroots, energize new candidates, and deliver progressive voters. We need Howard Dean to head up the DNC.
