Political cartograms

Here’s a very interesting set of maps depicting the election results using a “cartogram” method. There’s a fairiy comprehensive set of links to various maps here. I like looking at the youth vote, myself. Also, here’s a very useful site that points out the various dates in the process of electing a president, and whic explains the elements of the electoral college process.
