Can we reclaim history?

Here are two other recent “takes” on the management of Reagan’s “legacy” — the most forwarded essay from CommonDreams this week (an essay by Paul Douglas Newman), and a Salon.com article written by Eric Boehlert. Both make the case that the current media feeding frenzy deliberately overlooks the most painful of his legacies.
