The Web Lab

The Web Lab is a web enabled discussion space that is being used for a variety of difficult public discussions. It reminds me in some ways of the efforts of the Public Conversations Project (a group I once did some intern work with), only online. Right now they’re helping the American Friends Service Committee start an interfaith discussion this week about gay marriage. The Web Lab’s list of principles for small group discussions is remarkably similar to that I use in small groups in a class setting.
