“Praise the Lord (and Howard Dean, too)”

If you’ve only just started reading my weblog, you could be forgiven for thinking that it’s only about electoral politics. Actually, my focus has always been on the ways in which my Christian faith and my love of popular culture shape each other, perhaps even birth each other. Here’s an essay by another woman of faith, Kathleen Fox, who is also working on Dean’s behalf. Also, here’s a Canadian take on the Dean campaign. This month, given the importance of the primary campaign in the US, the media coverage of it, and my own desire to see people get involved in politics, writing about the Dean campaign is simply inevitable.
