Something’s afoot in the grassroots…

/ 2 February 2004

I’m way too busy trying to get a writing project finished this month, but I can’t help dipping over occasionally into the web. It’s kind of a “coffee break” for me. Anyway, this morning the energy at the Dean site is contagious. It’s pretty clear that they’re not going to win any primaries tomorrow, but they’re focused on the long haul. The ideas are popping fast and furious for ways individuals and groups can support the movement to take back our country. Even the mainstream mass media news outlets are starting to think twice. Andrew Sullivan, for instance, a conservative who is clearly not on the Dean bandwagon, nevertheless points out why he’d like Dean to get the nomination.
