World Social Forum begins

Yesterday marked the beginning of the World Social Forum, being held this year in Mumbai, India. Amnesty International has a first hand report from the venue, and more will be coming soon. The problems we share as human beings on this earth are very big and very deep, but as a whole human family, created in love, we may just be able to glimpse some rays of hope. As a Christian, I believe that God continues to be at work in the world, and that we can collaborate with her on this most remarkable work he is engaged in.
