DMCA, Diebold and freedom of speech
Ed Foster has a nice summary of some of the problems emerging in the flap over the internal memos leaked from Diebold (the electronic voting machines people). It points out some of the ways in which Diebold is using DMCA to respond, and how that useage — we can only hope! — might backfire on them.
