The conscious consumer

The Center for a New American Dream has just launched a new website, the Conscious Consumer, that helps alert people to possibilities for purchasing more ecologically friendly products. Many of us fall in the category of the wealthiest 20% who consume 86% of global goods and services. This site is full of resources for reflecting on that reality and seeking to change it responsibly.
