Words from hindsight

/ 13 January 2006

Guy Kawasaki is a on a roll with his blog — I have found something fascinating in just about every one of his entries. Today in the seminar I’m attending, we spent a goodly portion of time talking about the work of Thomas Green and Edgar Schein — both really fascinating thinkers with much to offer. Kawasaki’s words from hindsight roll into this soup as a bit of crushed cracker on top — a fun texture, a bit of saltiness, and then they disappear. I think his words are worth remembering, though, particularly because they are a distillation that matches well what both Green and Schein are up to.
