Mark Fiore’s latest animation is up — an “album” of Rumsfeld’s greatest hits, including some of my favorites: “everybody knows that known unknowns are unknowable” and “death has a tendency to encourage a depressing view of war” and “absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.”
