No Child Left Behind studied by Harvard

Several Harvard researchers have been attempting to understand the impact of the No Child Left Behind act, and recently have published their findings. I’m not surprised to read that they have serious concerns about the Act’s effects, but it’s nice to have the document such concerns so well and so empirically.
