There’s a new report out from the Young Foundation (an international foundation based in the UK) entitled Plugged In, Untapped: Using Digital Technologies to Help Young People Learn to Lead (that’s the pdf link). It’s a fascinating piece, not least for the ways in which it champions creating learning environments which engage young people’s agency, harness peer learning, and move away from top down models of learning.
