Mayan calendar and unity consciousness

Ok, so I rarely pay attention to the apocalyptic fears being voiced about the Mayan calendar — and now I will do so even less. Here’s an interesting argument, from within the Mayan system, about how that calendar works, and why July 17-18 will be a time of intentional prayer for unity.

Again: I'm not sure this worth taking too seriously? But on the other hand, there's nothing wrong with praying for unity and peace EVERY day.
