Legos and building a better world

I’m stuck trying to figure out a process to do for a conference I’m helping lead in October. I want to do something that works somewhat like cognitive/concept mapping (think “mindnode” for the mac, or these tools on the web), but I’m not entirely sure we could manage to have all thirty or thirty five people at the conference simultaneously using mind mapping software via the web. So then I’ve been exploring how we might work with magnetic poetry words, or do some hand drawings.
