Women respond to Sarah Palin

Ok, when I first received an email about this blog, I was reluctant to participate. Anything called “women against Sarah Palin” sounded too much like pitting women against women for me to want to participate. But in less than two weeks, more than 100,000 women have responded to the email that asked them to write about their responses to Sarah Palin’s candidacy, and many of these responses are really powerful.

Frankly, I think that Sen. McCain's choice of Sarah Palin was a pretty bald attempt to attract women to his ticket. I think it's important that people understand that not all women find his choice a constructive one.
