Diana Butler Bass on impeachment

Diana Butler Bass has certainly stirred things up over at the “God’s Politics” blog! She has written about why she believes impeachment of President Bush would be “retaliatory politics” and argued in favor of love (and thus against impeachment). It will not surprise you that I disagree with her characterization (and said so in a comment to her piece at the site), but I am more heartened by the vigorous support of impeachment and the thoughtful arguments offered there. One included this link to a piece that Bill Moyers did with Bruce Fein and John Nichols on impeachment.
