Strengthening marriage

I’ve written numerous times in here before about the ways in which I do not think the right wing is helping marriage by trying to ban gay marriage. But here’s a nice piece that notes some things policy makers COULD do to strengthen marriage (I would simply add that I think we need to understand marriage as a monogamous, lifelong covenant between two people, regardless of their gender).
